The school kitchen was established to prepare meals for all students, teachers, and staff in the Alief Mardhiyah Foundation schools. Lunch is provided for nearly 400 students and 60 teachers and staff from PAUD, TKIT, and SDIT who attend full-day school programs. Since October 2024, the kitchen has also been preparing lunch for approximately 12 construction workers daily, who are building the mosque and office center at SDIT.

The entire cooking process—from purchasing ingredients (rice, vegetables, meat, spices, etc.) to cooking and serving meals—is closely monitored daily by the Supervisors and the Chairman of the Foundation. This supervision ensures that the meals meet high health and hygiene standards.

The foundation’s kitchen team consists of three experienced women, including Mrs. Tum and Mrs. Ida. They wear proper protective clothing for healthy cooking every day. The foundation is deeply grateful to the kitchen team for their hard work in providing meals to support school operations smoothly.
